General Hospital Star Steve Burton Releases A New Announcement

As many General Hospital fans are already aware of, Steve is one of the fittest stars in the daytime television world. He takes both his health and his fitness very seriously.

And now it looks like he’s got a new plan to help out his male followers who want to reach the same fitness goals that he has.

Steve took to his Instagram account to write the following:

Where the guys at?

We know being uncomfortable is the key to growth.

I was programming myself for 1 complete year before the storm hit my life.

Programming- meaning daily disciplines ( mindset, spiritual and physical) that build you so when trials and tribulations come, you are as ready as you can be.

I thank GOD everyday for that preparation.

Because of those daily disciplines I came through the fire better, stronger and more faithful than ever.

And still every day my goal is to better. Better for me and everyone around me.

I want to be an asset not a liability.

Are you an asset or a liability?

Looking for a few men who really want to make a change. Seriously.

Of course, a lot of Steve’s fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “You just keep getting better with age, Steve. What a handsome man you are. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do. You’re a true inspiration.”

“You’re a true inspiration. My issue was needing to gain weight. I asked advice a few years back, followed your advice…..it worked.”

Another fan wrote, “Nobody should look that dang good!!! BUT YOU DO!! Your hard work shows and your mental and spiritual skills make you even more kind and caring!! I’m starting Jan 1 with u when you start the next group!”

And then there was this comment as well: “Looking good! For the first time in at least a week I walked 2 miles. All 4 ligaments are torn in my left ankle so I had to take some time off and quit trying to overdo it like I had. My new brace and 2 miles is going to be where I stay for now as much as I would love to do more.”
