General Hospital News: Nancy Lee Grahn Has Had Enough
If there is anything that we’ve learned about General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn over the years, it’s that she’s someone who always says what she has on her mind, even if other people don’t want to hear it.

Well, she’s certainly someone who speaks her mind, especially on social media. The actress, who is best known for her role as Alexis Davis on the hit ABC soap, went off on some of Hollywood’s leading men and celebrities.
That’s because after George Clooney said that he thought it would be wise for Joe Biden to step down from the presidential race, a string of other high-profiled figures did the same.
And of course, Nancy had to voice her opinion about it. She said, “It’s easy to take bold risks in the 11th hour when you’re Jon Stewart, Rob Reiner, Stephen King, Bill Maher, Stephen Colbert, Jon Favreau.”
“Not so much when you’re a woman, person of color, an immigrant or pretty much ANYONE other than a ridiculously rich famous white guy.”
She continued, “Of course, but his record is extraordinary, his health is sound enough, & he knows how to do the job.”

“It’s a lot less than starting from scratch with 4 months to go. Its a terrible high risk from everything I know.”
Needless to say, many General Hospital fans sure did have a lot to say about the matter on social media. Some of them commented with, “I’ve called it richsplaining. Plz note every single one of these people have the means to leave Nov’24.”
“They literally have nothing too lose. I’m not buying anything these men are trying to do or say.”
Another critic wrote, “Now is the time that we realize that we can’t just rely on our elected leaders, or our pundits and elites. We have to mobilize and do this ourselves.”
“We can’t wait for a hero to motivate us. There’s too much on the line and we need to show up.”
And then there was this comment, too: “Hearing it’s racist, sexist, and classist to want the nominee to be a woman of color instead of a richer and more famous white man who has worse polling numbers.”
