General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease the truth behind Lucky Spencer’s (Jonathan Jackson) French connection.

Could his friend Gerard (Emmanuel Jalbert) really be Spencer Cassadine (most recently Nicholas Alexander Chavez) in a bizarre, but familiar, twist?

General Hospital Spoilers – The Actors Are Four Years Apart In Age

As far as the actors, Emmanuel is only four years older than Nicholas, and Nicholas disappeared in Paris, France. The name “Gerard” could sound like a French name, and  is definitely a French name!

Currently, Lucky is said to be in an African prison where he appears to be undercover, infiltrating the group who runs it in order to rescue another friend Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson).

When the two actors faces are put side by side in a composite photo, something, vague as it is, there is a slight resemblance.

They are a similar height and build-and a Nicholas Alexander Chavez Spencer with plastic surgery could look like Jalbert’s Gerard-like when Billy Miller was hired to be Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

GH Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine Could Have Amnesia, Similar To Sonny Corinthos 

Spencer could have survived but have amnesia, similar to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in Nixon Falls. Fans noted the similarities between Spencer’s dove in the water by a shore and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) washed up in the snow-and took it as a sign.

But it took several months and a good hit to the head for Sonny to get his memories back-and it could be the same for Spencer.

Like Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) he could have been rescued by someone and like Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) had plastic surgery and look totally different-even his own half-uncle Lucky wouldn’t know.

Notwithstanding Lucky hasn’t seen Spencer since he was a tot to begin with!

General Hospital Spoilers – How Will The Truth Come Out?

So, if Gerard really is Spencer with plastic surgery, how will the truth come out-we know that Lucky will return to Port Charles, Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) connected  with it.

Regarding that, possibly Ethan Lovett (last James Ryan) joins the search for Lucky or perhaps could be tested for liver donation for Lulu Spencer (last Emme Rylan) as well.

Another possible leak has Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) getting a new love interest, and it doesn’t appear to be Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).

Gerard could come to Port Charles with Lucky and possibly Isaiah and start dating Trina, and something trigger his memories.

Possibly even Trina and Gerard falling in love and visiting Paris where it all comes back to him, although DNA will certainly be taken to prove it!
